- Passing - be sure to take advantage of these passing tactics: R2 + D-pad pump fakes, which will make the Safeties bite therefore getting them out of position. L2 is Route-Based Passing. This allows the user to throw a pass based on the route they are runnning, not their momentum. Outs and Ins are the best kind of routes for Route-Based passing.
